How we handle your information.

What we collect

When you join the founding list, apply for the pilot or send a message, we collect what you type into the form: for example your name, business name, email and your answers about your business.

Why we collect it

Only to contact you about WIZAD Consulting, the founding pilot and your message, and to understand what local businesses need help with.

Where it is stored

Your answers are stored in a private Google Sheet that only WIZAD Consulting can access.

Sharing

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone without your permission. Royal Roads University, the City of Langford and REV do not receive your details.

Client confidentiality

Information you share during a project, such as financials, customer data and plans, is kept confidential and used only for that project. Everyone on a WIZAD project, including student team members, agrees in writing to keep it confidential. See our professional standards.

To see, correct or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us, email info@wizad.ca.
